This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, fulfilling all my needs during my stay. The service was outstanding and the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax. The swimming pool was great, with an outdoor area perfect for soaking up the sun. The massage and steam room were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. The special diet menus available were also a great touch and catered to my dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue was parking in the underground garage, the spots were quite small and difficult to navigate, and there was no designated parking for the hotel which made it hard to find a spot. However, this small issue did not detract from my overall experience at this hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our Easter holiday, we had a great hotel experience! The location of the hotel was fantastic; it really allowed us to be close to all the activities we wanted to explore, and having a mall attached to the hotel was incredibly convenient. we loved the modern and sleek design of the room. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary bottled water and a fruit basket upon check-in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated their assistance when we needed it.

There were some things we didn't enjoy about our stay. The breakfast was just okay and could definitely have been improved.
