The breakfast selection was great and the beds were really comfortable. We had a small issue with our room, but the staff quickly fixed it. I would recommend this hotel.

During my stay in this hotel, it was easy to explore the city by taxi as the hotel is in a convenient location. Additionally, the dressing area had an impressive mirror that enhanced the room decor. The room was well-maintained, had comfortable beds, and the bathroom was also clean. The daily breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The WiFi signal in the room was not strong enough to connect properly.

The rooms were stylish, modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was well-trained and eager to help. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. I even got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, which was the icing on the cake.

I felt at home here, no complaints whatsoever.

On the bright side, the staff were friendly despite the uncomfy pillows. The location was perfect since I could easily access all the tourist attractions in the city and nearby shopping malls. Plus, the hotel offered complementary breakfast and a city tour guide to explore the area which was a great way to start each day of my stay.

My Easter vacation was totally ruined because of the terrible experience I had at this hotel. The pillows were so uncomfortable that I ended up with a sore neck the next day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us a lot of guidance about our own city tour and nice restaurants nearby. The hotel room was equipped with all amenities we needed, including sink and mirror in the dressing area only. We were impressed by the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services. Moreover, we enjoyed the spa and wellness centre that had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and steam room. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi in public areas and valet parking.
