The lobby was stunning and the staff were exceptional, especially Nisham who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite a damp room, the staff were quick to upgrade us and fix the issue. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect as it is near market shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff at the reception desk were very accommodating and even gave us a free upgrade upon request. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax while enjoying the sunshine.

The location of this hotel was incredible, with a brilliant view of the beach just across from the golf course. The room itself was large and spacious, with a beautiful sea view. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Galleria By Elaf for 9 nights during the Formula 1 races. The location was convenient, with various attractions nearby. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast, thanks to the efficient and helpful receptionist Mr. Abdulgader. The hotel staff, including the porters, manager, and breakfast waiters/chefs, were exceptional and truly cared about ensuring a great experience. The gym facilities were impressive, with separate sections for males and females. The hotel itself is grand and elegant, with a stunning atrium and a wide range of dining options. The staff's professionalism and hospitality made my stay truly five-star worthy.

The hotel had a pool deck with a lifeguard and a pool with both shallow and deep ends. The breakfast restaurant had active waiters and waitresses who helped everyone. The staff spoke English and were polite.

The check-in process was frustratingly long, taking over an hour to complete. We also found the housekeeping to be lacking as we had to request additional items that were not provided for us.
