Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was magical. The staff surprised us with a beautiful room decorated with flowers and chocolates for our anniversary. The attention to detail was outstanding. The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking sea view. we recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jeddah and had a fantastic experience. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton were exceptional, with a special shout-out to Abdulaziz from Guest Relations. He went above and beyond to ensure that our anniversary celebration was magical and memorable. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The attention to detail in the decoration was also worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a break from the routine. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and even though the female spa was not open yet, there were still plenty of relaxation options available. a lovely experience that I won't forget.

Impeccable cleanliness, stunning view of the fountain, and excellent staff service. Club access was unfortunately closed, but the hotel made up for it with complimentary dinner and breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room with great coffee. A truly memorable experience thanks to the outstanding hospitality.

We received the utmost luxury treatment at this hotel. The exclusive amenities and spa centre were exceptional. We loved the sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. The massage and foot massage services left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff at the spa lounge were exceptional and offered excellent customer service.

The restaurant did not meet our expectations in terms of variety and quality of dishes. However, the in-room breakfast and dinner were delicious and well-presented.

The hotel is situated in a magnificent and breathtaking palace resembling architecture while overlooking the sea. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by courteous staff who are always ready to assist and make the check-in process seamless. The lobby and the waiting area in the hall are impressive, and you can catch glimpses of the beautiful sea from there.

Some parts in the hotel are outdated and need renovation.

Not obvious to find.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the sea. The staff, especially Mr. Albader, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even called ahead of our arrival to arrange for a high room with a sea view, which was exactly what we wanted. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt cared for and had no complaints whatsoever. The hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations in every way.

The Christmas decorations were nice and we received complimentary chocolates and drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the corniche. We had a great time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

The price was too high for what it offered. The staff were unresponsive when we requested a refrigerator for my medication and the one provided did not work properly.
