I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were exceptional. I also appreciated the convenience of having a parking lot and easy access to transportation, with the MRT and bus stop right below the apartment. The location was rare for most hotels in this city, as it was conveniently close to the One North MRT station. Additionally, having plenty of food outlets and a grocery store right below the hotel made it very convenient for my particular needs.

The two-level apartments provide plenty of space, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a washer/dryer. The glass walls offer panoramic views of the harbor, adding to the overall ambiance. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a breakfast option, and there are eateries and a supermarket conveniently located nearby.

The elevators in the hotel are exceptionally slow, especially during the mornings, making it inconvenient for guests on higher floors.

Our stay at Citadines was fantastic! The layout of the apartment was spacious and well-designed, with a great view. The direct MRT access made getting around Singapore incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as stains on the carpet and some discoloration on the bathroom door, the overall cleanliness of the room was good. The only inconvenience was the strong draft from the A/C above the main bed, even on the lowest setting.

This venue offers a truly luxurious experience with its outstanding amenities. The room advantages are exclusive and well-fitted with unparalleled attention given to detail. The private facilities offer a refreshing sauna and swimming pool. The service is prompt and professional.

While the location offers many advantages, it is a bit far from commercial and tourist destinations.

The location was spot on, with a tube station nearby, and the shopping area was connected to the hotel which made things convenient. The staff were so nice and accommodating, and the amenities in the room were perfect. We especially loved the washing machine and drying rack, which was a nice surprise. The fact that the staff offered us complementary breakfast and late check-out was the cherry on top of our trip.

The age requirement was not mentioned before our stay which was an inconvenience for us. They required us to go through our parents before we could stay so that added stress to our trip.
