I recently stayed at a hidden gem in a central location in Singapore. Ywca Fort Canning, situated just a short walk from Dhoby Ghuat MRT station, offered a comfortable and reasonably large room with a window - a rare find in this city. The staff were truly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had a great location, making it easy to explore the city.

The bathroom was also a good size and could comfortably accommodate two people getting ready at once. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a short walk to public transportation and the popular shopping area.

There was only one power socket near the beds, which was inconvenient for me and my partner as we both needed to use medical devices. there were no wash cloths provided and no headboards on the beds, causing some discomfort.

Mind-blowing location - just a 5 min walk to the MRT station with links to everywhere. Adjacent to a large shopping mall. Spacious top floor room with comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good power shower. Helpful staff. Large washing facilities in basement. Reasonable wifi with assistance from the in-house IT guy. Just across the road from a beautiful park worth exploring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right behind the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore all the wonderful sights and attractions that this vibrant city has to offer. Additionally, we loved that the hotel was situated in the Orchard shopping belt, allowing us to indulge in some retail therapy just steps away from our room.

The hall beside the swimming pool can accommodate up to 155 people, perfect for party crashers like me. The grand ballroom can fit 30 tables, ensuring a feast for the eyes and the stomach. Café Lodge offers mom's home-cooked meals and western dishes, a taste of home and fancy. The Sophia Cooke Ballroom has a high ceiling, perfect for making my voice heard among 500 people. Meeting gold and silver award winners is quite the experience. The lush surroundings of Café Lodge are great for gathering with friends and family. Chefs whip up different daily meals, just like mom's cooking. I tried the Chef's specialties and oh boy, those were memorable. And I got to use meeting facilities for free, talk about a steal!

I was so disappointed that I couldn't find a shop that sells water. How dare they not have it, it's water!

Plus, the hotel is situated facing a beautiful park, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always available to assist us. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the air conditioning, mini-bar, and sitting area in our room. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and garden area. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city!
