We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of local and international food options nearby. We especially loved the authentic German restaurant, Brozeit, just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, compact, and provided all the basic amenities we needed, including a gym. The staff were helpful and assisted us in finding a room with a better view after we expressed our dissatisfaction. We were quickly moved to a higher floor and had a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. it was a fantastic stay and exceptional value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with two large shopping malls and plenty of eating places nearby. We enjoyed exploring the charming local streets and trying out different coffee shops. The room quality was exceptional, it felt like we were the first guests as everything was clean and brand new. The service was top-notch, with efficient staff who were prompt in fulfilling our requests. They even offered us a late check-out time without us having to ask. We were impressed with the range of facilities available, including a fitness centre and a business centre. our experience here was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

The only downside we noticed was that the area could be a bit darker at night due to it being a quiet lane. However, this did not affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

As longer term business travellers, we really appreciated the exceptional facilities and above-standard amenities at this new hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team was flexible with our tight schedules. The breakfast spread had enough variety to suit different needs, and the hotel's location offered a great view of the Katong area.

It is also near the MRT station and easily accessible by public transport from Changi Airport. there are supermarkets, restaurants, and even a beach close by, providing convenience and opportunities for leisure activities.

There is a lack of swimming pool in the hotel.

This hotel offers compact yet cleverly designed rooms with a wall of windows that create a spacious and open atmosphere. The comfortable double bed, great shower with adjustable shower head, and good water pressure provide a pleasant experience. The breakfast options are impressive, with a nice variety of international dishes and fresh fruit. The staff is exceptional and the option to choose between firm and soft pillows is a nice touch. The hotel also offers many TV channels, avoiding the limited and boring satellite channels commonly found. They quickly rectified any issues, such as cigarette smoke in the room, and ensured a pleasant stay.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and clean towels. Good breakfast with non-veg options like eggs and sausages. Drinking water available for refilling. Late check out allowed by 2 hours. Walking distance to main strip for restaurants and shopping center. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is located in the Katong neighborhood which is abundant with eateries of various cuisines. The rooms with a comfy bed are like in the pictures on the higher floors, offering a superb city view.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian options.
