Loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by a beautiful park. The thermal bath was exceptional, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor thermal pool was a highlight, offering a unique and enjoyable way to unwind.

The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which put a damper on the overall experience. It would have been nice to have more options for relaxation and wellness during my stay.

Lovely stay with great spa facilities. The recently renovated wellness area was a highlight, with fantastic saunas and pools. The beautiful building and surrounding gardens created a peaceful atmosphere. The clean room, though a bit old-fashioned, added to the hotel's unique style. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and personalized service at the hotel. The manager made a point to personally welcome guests and ensure their needs were met. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for a leisurely stroll. The spa treatments were rejuvenating and easy to book. my stay at Thermia was a fantastic luxury experience.

Finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging due to unclear directions. Additionally, there were a few minor issues with the air conditioning and noise from the lawn maintenance in the morning.

Nice decorations and friendly staff. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of trees and not so far from the city. Two things I really enjoyed were the food selection and the life music during dinner time.

Stunning palace, impeccable check-in handled with warmth and efficiency by friendly staff. Clean pools and saunas attended well. Great for impulse getaways or longer stays, leaving you relaxed like never before. Excellent reduction and friendly receptionist. Historic hotel with amazing spa facilities, top-notch treatments, and good quality varied food. Superb Slovak wines in the bar.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities this hotel had to offer, especially the Spa & wellness centre which left us feeling completely relaxed. The massage and beauty treatment were exceptional and the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious food options at the restaurant and the helpful staff by the pool made our stay more enjoyable.

This was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service provided by the rest of the hotel staff. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
