My family and I had a fantastic holiday at this hotel with our small children. The interconnecting rooms were perfect for us, with a spacious hallway for our buggy. The children's play areas on each floor and the activity center were a hit with our kids. The hotel's decor was fresh and well-thought out, and the facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the excellent staff at the activity center. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, and the dinner at the Hotel Golf across the road was of a high standard. We were lucky to be there during the Potato Holiday, which provided lots of entertainment for our kids. Even though we were the only non-Slovenian family, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a short walk to the beautiful Lake Bled. The view from our balcony was amazing, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The kids loved the play area on each floor, and we enjoyed the pools and sauna at the wellness center. The staff was helpful and gracious, always ready to assist with any request. And the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for our needs and the view from our room was excellent. We had access to great facilities in the hotel next door. The service provided, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, was excellent. The restaurant offered delicious food and the breakfast had a good variety of options. this place is highly recommended for families.

The only minor issue we had was with the cleanliness of the room, which could be easily resolved with a thorough vacuuming. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

I also appreciated the car parking facility available here. The staff at this venue were incredibly kind and helpful, from the reception staff to the waiters and children's workers. They were always pleasant and remembered us, providing excellent service. Additionally, being able to use the wonderful facilities at Ziva Wellness Centre, just across the road from the hotel, was a major highlight of my stay. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of my experience here.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the family room we booked turned out to be a spacious suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kids loved it! The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The hotel provided a free breakfast with a delicious spread. We also appreciated the kid-friendly amenities, such as the playroom with attentive staff who organized activities like painting. The hotel even provided coupons for freebies like cream cake and entry to the castle, which resulted in a discount for our adult tickets. The location was excellent, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants. a fantastic experience that we would definitely return for.

We felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain about anything during our stay.
