We had a great time during our New Year stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were well-maintained. We also enjoyed the various sports facilities available, such as football and basketball. The location was convenient, with a supermarket just a short walk away.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The WiFi was overpriced and overloaded, making it difficult to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, situated between Fenals and a bustling town. We loved being able to walk to the beautiful beaches and explore the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Gail who helped us with an early check-in and promptly addressed any issues we had. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family of five. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the poolside activities and slides, and the evening entertainment was a hit for the adults as well. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made waffles and pancakes. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

There was only one minor issue with the kitchen stove tripping the electrics, but the hotel quickly sent an electrician to fix it. They even went above and beyond by offering us a free evening meal and a bottle of wine as a gesture of apology.

Spacious apartments for families. Comfortable beds. Good variety of dishes. Convenient location for beaches and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff.

the stay at aparthotel costa encantada was amazing! the pool area was fantastic for families, with multiple pools and a fun pirate village. the staff was always helpful and the evening shows were enjoyable. the main building and restaurant had high standards, and the terrace by the restaurant offered a stunning pool view.

The pools and slides were awesome and it was great to have the beds made and towels changed every day. The location was good as it was close to the beach and there were plenty of other children around for mine to play with. The food was a good value and there was so much choice, it was hard to decide what to eat.

Some of the staff were really rude and it put us off coming back. The all-inclusive bar staff seemed to ignore us and prefer to serve the paying guests first, which was very unfair.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids who love football and swimming. The pool is big and there are plenty of activities for them to enjoy. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options for every meal. The location is great, with the beach just 7 minutes away and the town center within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back in the future.

The breakfast included a great range of food, and the pool area was perfect for our young son. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, and the travel cot provided was sufficient. We also enjoyed the beautiful beach within a short walk. we had a great time at Aparthotel Costa Encantada.
