The check-in was smooth and the reception team was helpful. The location is very close to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The family room upgrade was worth it, with a spacious living area and a large balcony. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled with a lemon motif and offers comfortable rooms with nice amenities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the hotel's great location next to the beautiful Las Canteras beach. The staff were attentive and provided nice complimentary touches. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely big walk-in shower. The large terrace was a nice addition, although there wasn't much sunlight.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As party people, we loved the central location and proximity to the beach. The hotel had a rooftop with a jacuzzi and sunbeds, perfect for chilling and enjoying the views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless with extremely comfortable beds. The included breakfast at La Cafeteria next door was a nice bonus. Late check-out was available for an extra fee, and they even offered to watch our bags after check-out. great facilities and amenities for party people like us.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to all the shopping centres and attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a homey atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and variety of fresh fruits.

The noise levels from the nearby street and local traffic disrupted our sleep at times, but this is to be expected from a centrally located hotel. the beds were quite firm and took some getting used to for a good night's rest.
