Range of food was mind-blowing, always clean, entertainment every night, staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and spacious with a safe and fridge. Mini toiletries provided too, a nice addition to other places I've stayed!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect for families as there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops all around, giving you so many options to explore. The walk to the beach is just ideal, and it only takes about 10 minutes, with lots of lovely shops to visit along the way. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The amenities provided are excellent, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and even a kids club. We loved how this place seemed to double up as an extra kids pool for them to fill water guns and have a blast. the experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel for families.

Cleanliness was exceptional, with daily cleaning of all areas including the rooms and public toilets. The pool area was also cleaned every morning. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the dining room which was run to a high standard. Food was restocked promptly and the entire area was kept clean and tidy. The staff, particularly Antonio, were fantastic and ensured smooth operations in the dining area. Antonio was attentive, restocked food, and promptly addressed any issues. The location was ideal, with the hotel being near the beach, town, bus stop, and popular attractions like PortAventura theme park.

We spent a few days in this hotel during our city trip and overall had a positive experience. The room was clean and well decorated, providing us with all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level, as we could hear people talking and doors slamming in neighboring rooms. the size of the pool could be larger, as it was always crowded and difficult to find a spot to relax.

The hotel is located in a great spot, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

The lifeguard seemed to pay little attention to his job and was often on his phone or absent from his post.

I had a great stay at Hotel Best. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good value for money. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, which was especially lovely at night when it was all lit up. The hotel and our room were very clean, with comfortable beds and a great TV. We brought our own laptop and cable to watch movies, and the quality was amazing. The water in the shower was always hot, and the noise at night was minimal, aside from some from a nearby pub. The location of the hotel was top class, with everything within walking distance. The pool, although not huge, was clean and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Best.
