I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The location was perfect, with easy access to Loro Parque, the zoo. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. I also loved the view from my room, overlooking the pool. The hotel had great facilities, such as a bar and entertainment options. It was a fantastic experience overall.

One downside was that the animators didn't seem to have sufficient resources and the equipment could have been better maintained.
