We had an amazing stay at a complex in Puerto del Carmen. The place was clean, spacious, and recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The pool was heated and the bar served delicious food. The staff, especially Marco, the receptionist, were extremely helpful and attentive. We loved the convenience of the on-site shop and enjoyed lounging by the pool. The location was also great, with easy access to both the old town and the new town.

The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short walk to the city center and shops. It is conveniently located down quite a steep hill, which can be easily accessed by taxis. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space and a hairdryer. The pool area is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a great place to relax and unwind.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom in their rooms looked tired and could benefit from a little TLC.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool view from the balcony was lovely every morning. The pool was also nice and warm, which made swimming enjoyable.

It was difficult to find a sun bed in the mornings as many guests reserved them but didn't actually use them for most of the day. The hotel could improve by monitoring and enforcing this policy.

recently stayed in puerto del carmen, and Bitacora Lanzarote Club exceeded our expectations. The premises were clean and well-equipped, with friendly and welcoming staff. Conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and a shop on-site. A great stay overall!

We got great value for our money at this hotel. Our room was super clean, modern, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a great location, close to both the old town and the strip. The room was well-maintained and had a recent refurbishment. The kitchen was immaculate and had brand new appliances. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious, with everything in good working order. The outside patio area was enjoyable, with new furniture and a nice balance of shade and sun. The pool bar/restaurant was convenient and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The service was generally good, with friendly staff.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the two key location facts of the hotel. the proximity to the beach was a major advantage as we could easily walk there within minutes. the hotel's location was convenient for accessing various shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist us and made our stay more enjoyable.

One aspect that we didn't like was the steep charge for the WiFi. Paying €6 per day per device felt excessive, especially considering that some guests, like myself, had work to do on their laptops during the evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at Bitacora Lanzarote Club. The staff, especially Bob at the bar, were absolutely lovely and always happy to help. The food at the bar was also great, with a good menu choice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely terrace. The complex itself was well-maintained, with the poolside cleaned every morning. The location was also convenient, not far from the main strip. We appreciated being offered other places to use their pools. Additionally, there was a useful shop around the corner. On our departure, we had a later flight and were able to use a shower room before heading to the airport, which was a nice touch. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Bitacora Club Hotel, with well-equipped apartments and a lovely pool area. The onsite restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. Only a short walk to the main strip with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

bitacora lanzarote club was a great base for our stay in puerto del carmen. the apartments were spotless and the pool area was well-maintained. the location was perfect, close to both the old town and the "strip". overall, exceeded our expectations.

Towels were well used and didn't dry properly.
