The hotel was located in a particularly nice area of town, on the key sites that they had prepared for us to visit. It was also conveniently located on the Tourist Sightseeing bus route, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel was situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and unreliable.

The breakfast at Sercotel Carlos III was quite good, with a selection of various breads, cheeses, meats, fruits. However, the coffee machines were a bit awkward to use. The location of the hotel is also good, with shops nearby within a 5-minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for a simple and comfortable stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Having air conditioning in the rooms was a plus, especially during hot weather. The rooms also had tea and coffee making facilities, which was convenient.
