The hotel's location was excellent, right on the famous promenade and just a short distance from Tabarca island. The room was comfortable and well-renovated, with helpful and friendly staff who made an effort to compensate for any inconveniences. The breakfast offered fresh ingredients and even had vegan options, and the service was sublime. the lovely restaurant in a slightly quieter area along the seafront was really quite stunning.

The lack of a dressing table with a mirror and socket in the bedroom made it difficult for me, as a female traveler, to get ready.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Alberola in Alicante. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and made our experience truly exquisite. We were impressed by the luxurious decor and the sun terrace where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The location was perfect, being close to the beach, shops, and even offering a convenient towel service. The hotel also went above and beyond in helping us rearrange our dates when our flights got cancelled, and the receptionist even assisted us in securing a great dinner reservation. We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service. The mattress and towels were new and clean, while the bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep. The free beach towel service was a nice touch, and the strong WiFi made it easy for us to have online video conferences. the staff, including the receptionists and waiters, were kind and helpful, ensuring that our stay was truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Alberola Alicante, Curio Collection By Hilton. The reception staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room and bathroom were a good size and quiet, just as I requested. I really enjoyed having a drink at the bar, which had a nice atmosphere. The hotel is located in a lovely area, although a bit far from the castle access. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options.

The lighting in the room was a bit confusing and there wasn't much external light. Additionally, I expected there to be a spa in the hotel based on the website, but unfortunately, there wasn't one.

We loved staying near the seafront with partial sea views, it was so picturesque. The restaurant was stunning, offering excellent food and a great ambiance. The hotel was also conveniently located near the port, making it easy to explore the area by local transport. The room was beautifully designed with a spacious and comfortable bed, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. The staff were kind and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of fresh options.

Spent an amazing Xmas at a hotel with stunning marina views and perfectly situated in an Explanada. Everything was within reach, from the bus and ferry to restaurants and bars. The breakfast was fresh and impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Plus, we even had towel service available on the nearby beach.

The location is excellent - next to the Esplanade and the harbour, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a city beach just a 10-minute walk away. The Catalina room was spacious and clean, with a good shower and comfy beds. The staff was polite and helpful. I also liked the historic building.

We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. The staff at this place were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was medium-hard and provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was pristine and stocked with eco-friendly products, which we appreciated. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to Bayfront where I watched July 4th fireworks, and also within walking distance of Main Street with its great restaurants and shops. It was so convenient to be able to explore this city without having to walk blocks or cross busy highways. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool which offered stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable. this hotel offered a great location, excellent facilities, and exceptional cleanliness.
