I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location on the island was perfect, with beautiful views of the garden and valley from my sunny room balcony. The room itself was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food to choose from.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great balcony overlooking a wedding. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Convenient location for Transgrancanaria runners. Excellent restaurant with quality food and attentive service. Secure hotel following safety rules.

The breakfast was delicious and the dinner offerings were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable. The location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and the serene garden was an added bonus.

Finding nearby parking was difficult and the lack of on-site parking was a bit of an inconvenience. the room was a bit dated and could use some modern updates to improve overall comfort.

Great location, easy access to roads and regular buses to Las Palmas. Spectacular views, spacious rooms, good food, and peaceful atmosphere. Inclusive meals with wine and coffee were a nice touch. Helpful staff and ample parking.
