The hotel had a very chilled and relaxed environment, and my room was superb with a large sunny balcony. I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel director, Senor Casares, who personally asked guests about their experience during breakfast and even checked in at the Beach Bar for feedback. the service at the hotel was excellent.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the coffee was quite nice. The location of the hotel was good, as we were able to walk to various nearby restaurants and bars. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed.

The room was not as clean as we expected. There were stains on the carpet and dust on the shelves.

My stay at Europe Villa Cortes GL was utterly superb! The hotel ambiance was excellent, with beautiful artwork and decor that truly inspired me. The breakfasts, cooked by talented chefs, were five-star gorgeous. I highly recommend trying the eggs benedict or omelettes - they were superb! The location of the hotel, right on the beach with free sunbeds, was of high value. The staff were wonderful and had a great sense of pride in their workplace. I felt like I was in a magical oasis. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.
