Stayed here over Christmas and had a great time. Loved the central location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace where we could enjoy the view and have a glass of wine. It was the perfect spot to start our evenings!

The room could use some improvement. The lighting wasn't very good and the bathroom sink had some cracks in it.

The breakfast provided was delicious and the view from the hotel was spectacular. Additionally, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the rooms. it was a great experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city square opposite a stunning town hall. It is also conveniently situated in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Additionally, it is not far from the C6 shuttle bus stop, providing easy access to and from the airport. You will also find yourself close to the beach and a variety of great restaurants to enjoy.

One negative aspect is that there have been complaints about noise from outside the hotel, particularly at night. So, if you are a light sleeper, this may be something to consider.

My room, 607, had a massive balcony with an amazing view of the castle, especially at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern en suite. I also appreciated the free safe in the room. The central location allowed me to easily access the main sights, and the small gym on the rooftop offered a great view of Santa Barbara Castle.
