I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entertainment for kids was amazing, they were entertained all day long. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pools. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the beach. The staff were friendly and professional.

I recently had a wonderful holiday at a hotel near a shingle beach. The location was perfect as it allowed me to relax on the grass area near the more adult section, while my kids could enjoy building sandcastles on the sandy beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including multiple pools and slides for both adults and children to enjoy.

The indoor pool was a bit disappointing as it was in need of serious updating.

The room I stayed in was cramped and lacked adequate storage space. The Wi-Fi signal was poor and only accessible in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel had a bit of an issue with flies, which was a bit off-putting. the entertainment shows weren't very impressive, and there weren't many English TV channels available.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were able to easily visit the market on the Tuesday and it was so close to the water park which we walked to. The water slides were a big hit with our kids and the evening entertainment kept us entertained throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from.

One negative aspect was that the walls in the room were quite thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.
