We loved our stay at Gran Hotel. He upgraded us to a bigger and more expensive room free of charge. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, offering amazing views. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and cooked options.

Spacious accommodation with three areas: sitting, bed, and dressing. Convenient parking and central location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Memorable pool and breakfasts with fresh food and great coffee. Excellent sangria on the lovely terrace. Rooftop terrace with pool offers stunning views.

The hotel is located in a stunning mountainous area, making it a perfect choice for nature lovers and hikers. It is very near to the center of the town, offering easy access to all amenities. The hotel is conveniently located on the stop-off of the Port de Soller tram route, allowing for quick trips to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are well-appointed with nice touches, and the bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop pool offers unbeatable views and a relaxing atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the town center. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including a cooked breakfast and made-to-order coffee. We managed to upgrade to a room with a balcony and the views of Soller were breathtaking. The rooftop pool was a major highlight, providing a chilled and relaxing atmosphere. we highly recommend Gran Hotel for its great location, delicious breakfast, and excellent staff.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also fantastic, with an infinity pool boasting stunning views of the picturesque landscape. The service was exceptional, with every member of the staff attentive and helpful. The delicious buffet breakfast, served in the restaurant with a view of the beautiful garden area, was also a highlight.

While our stay was nearly perfect, we did encounter one minor issue with the lack of available sun loungers on the sun terrace during peak hours. However, this was only a small inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

Great value for money, especially with the discounted rate we got before the season started. The room in the annex was very comfortable, with a lovely mountain view and a fantastic walk-in shower. The hotel's location near the main square was super convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, especially at breakfast.

The breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs cooked to order. the hotel location was great, being near a tram and train station, as well as a square filled with shops and restaurants. The indoor and outdoor pools were also enjoyable.

Our stay during Easter was not great due to a few negative factors. the room was not very clean, and we found a few items left behind by previous guests.

Great location and convenient access to restaurants, bars, and transportation. The rooms in the new part of the hotel were clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony with a good view. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel only provided two free cups of coffee for the entire stay, which seemed stingy compared to other hotels. The internet signal in the room was weak and unreliable.
