The staff were very friendly and courteous, and check-in was quick. The location is central and the buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The aqua aerobics and shows were enjoyable, and the all-female animators were fantastic.

We had a fantastic time at H10 Las Palmeras! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the resort with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The room was spacious and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the poolside bar and the convenience of the nearby free bus services to popular attractions. a great holiday experience and we would definitely recommend and return again!

The hotel had beautiful and spotlessly clean facilities, with a lovely smell throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the girl at the kids club who was amazing with the children. they provided a courtesy room for us to freshen up before our late airport departure, making everything so easy for us.

The check-in and check-out process was quite slow, which was frustrating after a long journey. The rooms were also not soundproofed very well, so you could hear the evening entertainment and the sounds of the sea.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was great fun! The entertainment staff were amazing and really got everyone involved in the festive spirit. The outdoor area and pool were lovely, and we always managed to find a spot to relax. The food was varied, and the drinks were good. Loved the location near the strip and the beach!

They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the views. The hotel also had a restaurant and a snack bar, so I never went hungry. the location and the services provided by the hotel made my stay here truly enjoyable.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Playa de las Americas, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and brightness of the reception areas. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome right from the start. We also appreciated the improvement made in our room, especially the spacious shower. The beds were comfortable and the towels were changed twice a day. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the pool and the sea. The breakfast staff in the privilege area were exceptional, always anticipating our needs and serving delicious food. The privilege area itself was great, providing a more exclusive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks like noise from the street and limited socket access in the room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the center, close to shops and restaurants. Pedro and Natalia, the friendly staff, recommended great restaurants in the area, like Siam mall. The room was comfortable and the bathroom functional, with a great shower. The service provided by Pedro and Natalia was top-notch, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of options, including specialty restaurants and á la carte breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the late checkout option.
