I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful hotel in Madrid. The value for the money was fantastic, and the room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city tour bus station and the shopping street. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to take the time to help and explain anything I needed.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that made our experience unforgettable. The staff was highly accommodating and the room offered a well-stocked mini bar along with a private sun terrace. The in-room breakfast added to the exclusivity and we enjoyed it while looking out at the beautiful city views.

Although our overall stay was excellent, the coffee machine in the lobby was a disappointment. It seemed outdated and the coffee tasted stale.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel in a great location. It was close to the metro and within walking distance of the upmarket shops. The room was spacious with large windows that offered a view of the city streets. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and included in our package. We also enjoyed spending time on the top floor terrace, sipping drinks and relaxing.

There was no pool and the location wasn't ideal for me as I prefer to stay closer to the best restaurants in the city. It was also a bit far from the main tourist sites, although the subway and taxis were easily accessible.

I had a nice stay at this hotel during my business trip. The staff was very hospitable, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea at the cafe in the morning. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was very close to the metro station and some nice restaurants. , the beds were very comfortable, and the room was maintained very clean.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the walls were quite thin, and I could hear some noise from the other rooms. the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my room, and I had to use the internet in the lobby.
