I recently stayed at a new and stylish hotel in a central location in Mallorca. The rooms were spacious and had large balconies, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel offered a great variety and quality of breakfast and dinner, ensuring that every guest's preferences were catered to. The pool area was spacious and the bar had reasonable prices. Despite being located in a busy area, noise was not an issue. The hotel had a bus stop to Palma right in front and bike rental options, making it convenient for exploring the area. it offered decent value for money.

The breakfast and dinner hosts were great, and the staff was friendly and polite. The pools were fantastic, offering different options to choose from and the indoor pool turned out to be an amazing option too. The hotel had all the necessary facilities you could ask for, which was a plus.

The room facilities didn't match up with its premium prices, missing essential equipment such as a kettle, and the staff was unapproachable at times. The lifts often took a while to arrive or were full, and there seemed to be common issues with them.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious with a great view and the entire place was exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including arranging a surprise for my wife's birthday. The hotel had clean swimming pools and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food options were varied and the quality was good. Despite some minor drawbacks, I overall enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The dinner buffet had a wide variety of choices. Sam from the recreation team was helpful. The hotel has excellent facilities, including two outdoor swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and clean.
