I recently stayed at a wonderful adults-only hotel in Playa del Ingles. The staff at Hl Suitehotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and made to feel welcome. The reception staff, including Pilar, Jose Luis, and a slim lady with longish blond hair, went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff, Arthur and Toni, and the bar staff, Adrian and Kata, were also fantastic. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a great variety of options. The all-inclusive package was truly inclusive, with branded spirits, sparkling wine, and delicious cocktails. Our room, 420, was clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a great night's sleep. The hotel is also just a short 2-minute walk from the beach. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views and a fantastic bar. this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

Super friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Spotless hotel with great food options and themed evenings. Sunset bar on the roof with branded drinks is jaw-dropping. Wellness center is a relaxing oasis. Visible management and a special shout out to Sophie at reception. Rooftop terrace is fantastic. All-inclusive drinks are top-notch. Never had to fight for loungers. Birthday surprise and outdoor gym were impressive. Cleaners are efficient and food at all-inclusive is generally good. Perfect hotel for a quiet and chilled-out vacation.

My recent stay at the adults-only hotel was excellent. The staff were amazing and the chefs in the restaurant were great. The spacious and new bathroom with a lovely shower was a highlight of my stay.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Playa del Ingles and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, as it was very close to the beach. I could easily walk there within minutes and spend the day relaxing by the seaside. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities and services that enhanced my stay. The staff at this hotel clearly enjoyed their work and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the moment I arrived, they were polite, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculately clean and the reception staff was always available to assist me with any queries or requests I had. All in all, the service provided by the staff made me feel welcomed and well-taken care of throughout my stay.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the difficulty in attracting waiting staff in the restaurant. There were times when I needed to order drinks and it took a while to get the attention of a staff member.

The staff were amazing, helpful, and went out of their way to assist. The food quality and quantities were excellent. The hotel itself was great, with nice beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The size of the room was incredible, with separate living and bedroom areas, a large bathroom, and two balconies. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
