Modern building near public transport and bars. Excellent communication for late arrival. Three-star but felt like home. Continental breakfast. New and attractive facility. Lots of nearby restaurants. Desk usually closes at midnight, but allowed late check-in. Friendly staff insisted on free breakfast. Reasonable check-in/out times.

Great location! Helpful staff, even waited for us due to train delay. Delicious breakfast with large croissants. Easy train access to Santander within 15 minutes. Last train from Santander on Sunday at 23:01, giving you time for a nice dinner. Convenient and clean, perfect for late arrivals.

We stayed over Xmas, which was nice. The hotel was in a great location, close to the airport and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even helped us park our car. The room was basic but clean, and we had everything we needed. A big plus was that there were plenty of power sockets for phone chargers, as we had multiple devices to charge.

The breakfast was continental-style which was not great for us as we prefer a hot breakfast. the lift stopped working at midnight and no one informed us that the clocks had gone back an hour.

We had a very comfortable stay at Nueva Plaza. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, and Fernando at the front desk went out of his way to assist us. Despite the language barrier, as no one spoke English, we were able to communicate in Spanish. The room was nice and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for travelers using Santander airport.

loved staying in maliano again and nueva plaza made it even better! perfect location, helpful staff, and a delicious free breakfast. rooms were clean and comfy. will definitely be back next time i visit family in spain.
