The hotel had amazing rooms with great amenities and cleanliness. The bathroom was fantastic with a luxurious shower. The beds were huge and comfortable, and the seating area in the room was spacious. The location of the hotel was also convenient, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The parking situation was not ideal, with narrow spaces and a car lift that was not convenient for quick trips. there was no bidet in the bathroom, which was unexpected.

We had a very negative experience during our stay. We had to wait for a long time to check-in, the receptionist seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.

I recently stayed at Coolrooms in Seville for a few nights and it was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the king-sized bed in my tastefully presented room was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent, especially the amazing shower. On-site car parking, accessed by a car-lift, was convenient. The breakfast, especially the cooked-to-order option, was delicious. The hotel's central courtyard with orange trees and bar added a special charm to my stay.
