We had a delightful surprise during our stay at a charming hotel right in the heart of everything! Although our room had some construction outside, the cozy and comfortable interior made up for it.

We had an unforgettable stay at a charming hotel in a fantastic location. The old town and beach were just a short walk away, allowing us to explore with ease. Our room was cozy and the bed incredibly comfortable, making for a peaceful night's sleep. We were even treated to the soothing sound of the waves through our open terrace door. The hotel's private underground parking was a convenient perk, especially for our electric vehicle. our experience at this hidden gem was truly magical.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and really made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, warm, and gave great directions. The view from our room was fantastic, we could see the beautiful beach and hear the waves crashing at night, which was really exciting. Additionally, one of the best things about the hotel was the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which was especially appreciated as a woman of a certain age.

It was extremely difficult to find the hotel and we had to park several blocks away, making it challenging to navigate the city, especially with all the one-way streets. The streets were not well marked, and during the weekend, there were festivals that closed off some streets, causing even more confusion.

Conveniently located in the Old Town by the harbor, with many dining and drinking options within walking distance. Excellent homemade cakes served for breakfast. Spacious apartments with beautiful views, perfect for family gatherings.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in San Sebastian. The location was great, walking distance to the beaches and the old town. The room was nicely appointed and had a view across the port to Concha beach. The staff were excellent, providing helpful and friendly service. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of healthy choices.

The only minor issue was that the hotel can be a little noisy at times due to its open space layout.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the database check-in process which included a welcome drink, personal briefing, and luggage storage. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The 1-bedroom apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had nice extra touches and a good shower. The apartment also had a coffee machine and a toaster, which my partner loved. Additionally, the inclusion of a washing machine and clothes airer was a pleasant surprise.

I had a very enjoyable stay at a lovely boutique hotel near the heart of our favorite Basque town. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the town center and offering potential for a nice view of the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The freshly made breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Sansebay for a weekend getaway. Modern and cosy design, close to the Old Town but without the noise. Helpful and pleasant staff, always willing to assist with a smile. Highlight was the ocean view balcony and the best croissant I've ever had. Staff booked taxis and recommended local restaurants. Upgraded to a bigger room and enjoyed a welcome drink. A la carte breakfast was a great option with a good selection. Perfect location for the beach and Old Town.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Paolo in particular made sure we had everything we needed from helping us negotiate the car garage to restaurant recommendations. We were also sent directions with photos and a video to find the property the day before via WhatsApp which was incredibly helpful. The room was big, light, and airy. Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and nice rooms. We were offered a nice glass of wine upon arrival, and staff did their best to guide us to the parking house nearby. The rooms were nice, calm, and clean.

The parking was quite stressful because we didn't understand the system and it was a very busy day, and unfortunately, there was no cheap or free parking included in the hotel. com. I was kept up by neighbors coming home, moving furniture, going to the bathroom, etc.

Parking was expensive and the garage was far from the hotel. The rooms were not soundproof, which was a problem when there were loud guests at night
