We had an amazing stay at Serawa! It was a special weekend celebrating my partner's birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. Despite being fully booked, they surprised us with a lovely note and pastries. The staff was exceptional and the customer service superb. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We will definitely choose Serawa again when we visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right in the center was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was within easy walking distance, including the beach, marina, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. We loved the fresh and trendy interior, with its textured detailing and light colors. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service we received, from room service to tours and ticket assistance. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site amenities, such as the restaurant, bar, and snack bar. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, allowing us to start our day off right.

We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Convenient location close to the main attractions and a friendly receptionist who welcomed us upon arrival. The decor of the reception room was nice and the hotel had a modern edge with beautifully designed bathrooms.

Our stay was not without issues. The wifi signal was weak and required constant logging in, which was a frustrating experience.

Our room at Hotel Serawa was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable and we loved having multiple pillows to choose from. The bathroom had a large shower and we appreciated the option to close the door for privacy. There was also plenty of closet space and a bench at the foot of the bed. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the esplanade and minutes from the beach. The reception ladies were incredibly polite and accommodating, helping us with an early check-in and late check-out. We also enjoyed the eco approach of the hotel's decor.

One small criticism was the need to keep logging into the wifi after any inactivity, which was a bit irritating. Additionally, the room was a bit overcrowded with furniture, but still very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. It is within walking distance of the train station and just a short walk away from the beach. You can also easily reach the hotel from the airport, as there is a bus stop connecting the center of the city with the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stylish design and a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a long shower area. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was not reliable.

We had a fabulous time at this stylish hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the center with plenty of restaurants and the promenade just a block away. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and a bathroom that looked straight out of a fashion magazine. We were even treated to a delicious breakfast delivered right to our room. We can't recommend this place enough!

New hotel, 1 block from the sea. Easy access from the Airport Bus. Pristine rooms, well-equipped with fantastic bathroom and great shower. Ecologically aware with organic breakfast. Helpful and friendly manager.
