Great location, close to the old city and the sea. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean with recent refurbishment, and had nice amenities like a pants presser and auto shoe polisher.

The rooms were small and outdated. On one occasion, I got a small, dark, moldy room with no view.

We had a fantastic stay in this central hotel just steps away from the beautiful La Concha beach. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities. We appreciated the secure parking arrangement, as well as the convenience of being able to park right in front of the hotel upon arrival. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations. we couldn't have asked for a better location or a more accommodating staff.

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at the Europa, perfect for young families. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the charming old town. The daily room cleaning and fresh towels were greatly appreciated. the hotel offered great value for its convenient location and size.

By some stroke of luck, I stumbled upon this gem of a hotel. The location couldn't have been better - just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach and even closer to the vibrant old town. After enjoying the many Pinxtos bars the city offers, it was a relief to have such a convenient location for a quick stroll back to the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a good breakfast selection and a pleasant atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better stay in this city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently spent Christmas in San Sebastian and had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the beach. The location was key - just a short walk to the beach and the bustling shopping streets. I loved being able to explore the city and enjoy all the tourist attractions with ease. The hotel itself had a beautiful interior, with old world glamour and classic charm. The room was spacious and had a cozy alcove with comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The beds were firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The only downside to my stay was the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. I could hear hallway noises and sounds from neighboring rooms, which was a bit bothersome.
