We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff at Iberostar Selection were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They were genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was stylish and attention to detail was evident throughout. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a nice balcony offering beautiful beach and pool views. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the service there was excellent. this is an incredible hotel that we would highly recommend.

We loved the upgraded room with a spacious terrace and sea view. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area with a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is great, especially the fresh orange juice.

Over Christmas, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel by the beach in Mallorca. The location was excellent, just steps away from the beautiful sand and clear waters of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes offered at each meal. I also appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel lobby.

I was a bit disappointed that the all-inclusive package didn't include alcoholic drinks, and that I had to pay extra for them around the pool. the room was a bit small for my liking, and some of the staff seemed disinterested in helping me when I had questions.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alina at the Reception and Monica at the Concierge. The hotel was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious food. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a great base for exploring the beautiful mountains nearby.

Finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging. 🤔

The Spa & wellness centre offers a wide variety of treatments and services, including massages, beauty treatments, and a steam room. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provide an idyllic space for relaxation. Access to the beach is a mere stroll away and sun loungers and beach umbrellas are provided for guests. The rooftop pool and sun terrace offer breathtaking views of the sea, and the entertainment provided is of a high standard.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was slow service at the snack bar, but this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.
