This was our second stay at La Isla Y El Mar, and once again the service was impeccable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and the beds are so comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to the airport and the rest of the island. It's an adults-only hotel, so there are no pesky kids or inappropriate behavior to worry about. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were friendly and professional. We had a wonderful three weeks here and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel also had thoughtful touches like facial tissues in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at La Isla Y El Mar in Puerto del Carmen for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even surprised us with chocolates and champagne in our room for our anniversary. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel's architecture and landscaping were truly stunning. The Kentia restaurant offered a beautiful dining experience, and the jet lag massage package was the perfect way to relax and celebrate my birthday. I was also impressed with the extensive breakfast spread, which even included champagne.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a lovely pool area and chill out terrace overlooking the sea, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the food at both breakfast and dinner was of high quality, with plenty of options to choose from.

Some aspects of the room were a bit disappointing, such as threadbare towels and pillows. The balcony was small and lacked loungers, and there were a few instances where our room was not cleaned by 4pm.

The hotel had excellent customer service from reception to the bar staff. They even delivered water to our room daily and gave us chocolates in the evenings. The pool was a good size and I was able to swim lengths in it. The snack bar had a great selection of drinks and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the commercial area.

The hotel lacked umbrellas by the pool and the ones that were there weren't working correctly. We had to ask for basic amenities such as toilet roll and clean cups multiple times throughout our stay.

The hotel was spotless and had a wide range of facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel room was modern, clean, and spacious, and the air conditioning was always perfect. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options including made-to-order poached eggs, omelettes, and pancakes. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from quick room service to attentive housekeeping. The Wi-Fi was also super fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was great, with just an 8-minute walk to the vibrant harbor area filled with bars, restaurants, and shops.

The only downsides were that the pool size was smaller than expected, more for relaxing than swimming, and the lighting in the room was a bit dim for nighttime reading.
