We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was amazing. The rooftop pool had a great vibe and the water was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access the metro, shops, supermarkets, and bakeries. The staff were polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the main attractions and the Gothic Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room. The room itself was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment for a romantic getaway. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and chill out area, which added a nice touch to our stay.

That the pool was a bit small and not very well maintained. It appeared murky even after being drained and refilled, possibly due to an issue with the pool filter.

The hotel's location couldn't be better for exploring La Rambla and St. Joseph’s market, with just a short walk to either. It’s also conveniently close to the nearest metro stop, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods such as Raval. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-presented, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast offered a good selection in a modern, clean area.

The bar lacked atmosphere and outdoor space, which was a shame for those guests who wanted to relax outside after a day of exploring the city.

The area felt safe and bustling with activity day and night. The room I booked was an economy room, so it was small, but it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Despite being close to busy streets, the room was surprisingly quiet. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to relax, although the pool was small. The hotel staff were all helpful and spoke excellent English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a tourist trip to Barcelona.
