Our stay at Letoh Letoh Gran Via was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, being just a few meters away from Gan Via, Plaza de Espana, and the Royal Palace. We were able to easily explore the city center without any hassle. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even upgraded our room to a superior double, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the hotel itself was well put together, with clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing all good

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary coffee and the helpfulness of the staff. The location was also ideal, with easy access to major attractions. We especially enjoyed walking around the vibrant neighborhood and trying out local restaurants.

The room size was quite small and didn't match the photos online. The bathroom was awkwardly designed, with a glass door and no soundproofing.

As a solo traveler, I loved the fantastic coffee shop downstairs and the friendly staff. The hotel's great location made it easy to explore the city's major museums and parks on foot. The clean and spacious rooms, along with the efficient air conditioning, provided good value for my money.
