The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the shopping center and other nice restaurants in the area. Additionally, the beach is just a short walk away, making it convenient for families with kids. The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities are of good quality and the service from the staff is exceptional. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including beautiful pools and a lazy river, perfect for both kids and adults.

The walls in the rooms are a bit thin, which can lead to some noise disturbances.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed having a variety of pools to choose from and the hotel's convenient location near a transportation hub and major landmark.

The food in the buffet became repetitive after a few days, and the pool parties on certain nights were noisy and disruptive. the lighting in the corridors and rooms was dim, which detracted from the overall ambience.

The pool areas are stunning and varied, with a great selection of places to relax. The hotel's African design is beautiful, with attention to detail. The outdoor areas feel like a botanical garden. The breakfast choice is excellent, and there are plenty of sunbeds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my family's experience unforgettable. The multiple pools were a hit with both adults and children, and the hotel's tasteful design truly stood out. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I've stayed at 5-star hotels around the world. The management's effort in organizing a variety of events and shows made a big difference, and the spacious senior suite with a nice view and full board was perfect for our family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, delivering a 5-star standard while still being personable. The hotel's architecture was stunning, and the landscaped gardens were beautiful. The multiple pool areas were a great addition, and the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the seafront and beach.

The luxurious amenities fulfilled all our exclusive needs. The service was exceptional, and the swimming pool was incredible. The spa & wellness centre had a variety of treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool was just perfect. With beach access, Nightclub and Live entertainment, there was plenty to do. The rooms were exclusive, and we enjoyed waking up to a Continental breakfast in the cozy restaurant. The private facilities were excellent as well.

There is only one minor issue we had during our stay. We found that the room service was slightly slow.
