This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pools, and outdoor Jacuzzi were immaculate and provided a relaxing experience. Entertainment was diverse and enjoyable, especially the live shows. The location was convenient and provided easy access to the beach, public transportation, and local attractions. The garden area and sun terrace offered a comfortable space to unwind.

Despite the excellent service and attention provided by staff, check-in was slightly confusing and took longer than expected. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with great variety of food. The pools were fantastic and the spa was very nice. The staff at the restaurants and bars were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. We loved the lovely and clean beach and enjoyed the activities, especially the latin dancing lessons and tai-chi. We also appreciated the great choice of places to eat in the hotel, the wonderful selection of food, and the efficiency of the service. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.

Absolutely loved this resort! The staff were exceptional and made our stay so relaxing. The entertainment variety was great and everything was in hand meaning we didn’t need to leave if we didn’t want to! When we did venture outside everything was so close we didn’t have to get any taxis, it was great. The beautiful garden grounds with many excellent pools were a highlight. The location next to the beach and seaside walking paths was excellent. Breakfast offered a fantastic choice and the Spa was fantastic. We also had an excellent neck and shoulder massage.

The large lobby with the infinity lagoon was a big wow factor. The hotel and grounds are spacious, offering 5 pool areas to choose from. The staff were fabulous and attentive, and the hotel was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner options, with two dining rooms to choose from. The spa on the premises was an added bonus. a well-run hotel with a fantastic atmosphere.
