The room at Hotel Lopez De Haro was beautifully decorated with a large, comfortable bed and a well-sized bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the river and a short walk from the Guggenheim Museum. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bilbao for Christmas and there were a few positive aspects that made my stay enjoyable. the location of the hotel was key - it was conveniently situated near popular attractions and it made getting around the city very easy. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms were well-maintained and tidy.

There were a few negative aspects that I disliked about the hotel. the rooms were quite small and didn't quite live up to the 5-star rating.

Amazing experience at a city center hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when they recognized me from a previous stay and upgraded me to a spacious suite for free. The rooms were impeccable with beautiful high ceilings and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The hotel's recent refurbishment was evident in every detail. The staff was extremely polite and respectful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was a treat, and the hotel even provided valet parking in their private underground lot. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town, allowing for wonderful days and evenings out. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was incredibly clean, and the rooms were well-equipped and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we wanted to see, including the Casco Viejo and the many tapas bars along the way to the attractions of this city. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options like fresh orange juice, cooked eggs, pastries, cheeses. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely Central Hotel in Bilbao

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this central hotel in Bilbao. The room, although a bit on the small side, was clean and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the daily room service. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the bus serving the airport, the Guggenheim Museum, and all the main shops. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The hotel has a secure and affordable parking option, which was a great relief since finding street parking would have been a hassle. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was situated in the center of the city, close to some amazing Pinxtos bars and only a short walk away from the Guggenheim along the river. Despite being in such a convenient location, the hotel itself was peaceful and allowed us to have a restful night's sleep. The room we had was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast as there were plenty of inexpensive options available nearby.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

The valet parking service was efficient and the staff was friendly. We appreciated the extra bed for our dog. The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city. The decor was modern and sophisticated, adding to the overall experience.

The rooms were a bit shabby and dated. Despite the heat being on high, our room was still too cold and uncomfortable.

Recently refurbished, impressive tall ceilings, clean and well managed, polite and respectful staff, wonderful buffet breakfast.
