The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach of San Agustín. You can enjoy the convenience of being directly on the sand and having easy access to the water. Additionally, the hotel is on a less elevated level, providing a more accessible and comfortable stay for guests.

One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is that most people dine in the buffet restaurant, which could make the à la carte restaurant feel a bit lonely.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the beach was breathtaking, and the customer service was top-notch. The New Year's buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, are excellent.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and a close proximity to the beach. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of dishes that were always fresh.

Although the hotel had good amenities there were a few areas that could be improved. The pool bar service was slow and sometimes they seemed to lack enough bar staff.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all of our exclusive needs, with top-notch service and a fantastic spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were unbeatable for relaxation, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a perfect spot for soaking up the sun. The entertainment was also delightful, with live shows and music that kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant's special diet menus. While the regular menu was excellent, the options for those with special dietary requirements were somewhat limited and could have been improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful sandy beach with warm water. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice pool area and bar. The staff were very attentive and friendly, providing exemplary service. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and even the bathroom amenities were from a high-end brand. The breakfast provided in the normal restaurant was plentiful and to a good standard. We enjoyed the relaxing and laid-back atmosphere of this hotel, making it a perfect place for a relaxing break.

The staff here are incredible and made our stay so enjoyable. The full body scrub and massage we booked was absolutely divine, leaving us feeling relaxed for days. The outdoor cinema and observatory evening were special experiences that we thoroughly enjoyed. Yoga sessions with Isabel were wonderful, despite the occasional noise from the nearby kids section. The aqua dance sessions were also a lot of fun. The cocktails at Kanna, Lemon Fish, and the shack were top-notch, and the evening views at Lemon Fish were simply stunning.

There were a few downsides during our stay. The reserve adult-only area was located right next to the kids zone, which created a contrasting vibe.
