We had a great stay at Nh Collection! The hotel is traditional and the facilities are good, plus it's very clean. The front desk staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal if you want to explore the downtown area. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety and the valet parking made it convenient for us.

The wifi in our room was weak, but it was stronger in the corridor outside. We mentioned it to the staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue during our stay.

Staying in this central Vigo hotel was a great decision for me. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. Being able to easily park my car right outside the hotel and have the staff take care of it was a huge plus. The service here was exceptional, with the concierge Marcos going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He provided amazing recommendations for places to visit and even helped me plan detailed itineraries. One highlight of my trip was visiting the beautiful Cies Islands, which Marcos suggested. The rooftop suite I stayed in was fabulous, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. All in all, I had a comfortable and luxurious experience here.

The hotel could have been better staffed, as the overwhelmed staff sometimes struggled to answer simple questions. However, despite this minor setback, I would still highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
