My room was beautiful, the rooftop view was spectacular, and the staff's hospitality was unmatched. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure coming back to my room after exploring all day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's decor was inspiring. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even surprised us with a special Christmas treat in our room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular tourist attractions. We also loved the beautiful modern decor of the hotel. It really added to the overall charm of our holiday.

One downside was the small size of the shower in our suite. It was quite cramped and not very convenient to use.

Despite the good things that this hotel offered, it could be quite expensive, which might not fit everyone's budget. The quality of some beds was also an issue, as they were too soft to offer a good night's sleep.

The 24-hour staff arranged airport transfers and were incredibly friendly. An incredible stay and a true gem for any traveler.
