I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fairly good, with a free shuttle bus that takes you down into the main town. The hotel itself was spotless and well policed, ensuring a clean and safe environment. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. There were also great leisure facilities including a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. I was highly satisfied with my experience here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only minor downside I encountered was that every sunbed was occupied with towels, even if guests didn't show up all day.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the restaurant and next to two bus stops. It is also situated by the coast, providing easy access to the beach. Guests can enjoy a pleasant 40-minute stroll along the seafront to reach Costa Teguise. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the sea from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.

Some areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint to improve the overall aesthetics.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Costa Teguise and had a fantastic experience. The location of this hotel is perfect, right by the sea with stunning views. I was able to enjoy the beach access and spend my days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also had a sun terrace where I could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with an in-room safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a good selection of all-inclusive drinks and a nice al a carte restaurant for a change from the buffet. We also loved the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel exceptionally welcome during our stay. The location was convenient, with two bus stops nearby and being situated right by the coast. Additionally, there was a Spar supermarket down the road, which had a great free-from section and the convenience of being close to the airport was a bonus.

the resort was even better than when we were here 12 years ago. friendly staff, spacious rooms, and delicious food made our stay fantastic. the guest experience manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, upgrading us to a superior suite for the rest of our stay. definitely recommend the a la carte restaurant for an amazing meal. we'll be back again!

The staff at reception, bar, and animation team are amazing. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The maid service is excellent, with spotless rooms and a large balcony. The entertainment team provides great morning activities.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning sea and pool views from our Junior Suite. The 50m pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. As All Inclusive guests, we were delighted with the variety of healthy food choices available at every meal. Being gluten-free, I really appreciated the consideration given to my dietary needs. The poolside bar staff were efficient and friendly, making sure everyone was served quickly. The resort also offered a range of fitness classes, with fantastic instructors. We had a well-deserved and enjoyable break, and we can't wait to return.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and there was a good choice. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and the view from our room was stunning.

The pool area was always busy and it was difficult to find a sunbed. Some guests were reserving sunbeds early in the morning and not using them until later in the day, which wasn't fair.
