Perfect location, decent hotel

I recently stayed at Palacio De Los Velada for a few nights while traveling through. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main gate and across from the Cathedral Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly. I also enjoyed the delicious food in the hotel's restaurants. I had a fantastic stay at Palacio De Los Velada and would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this place. The location could not be better, right on the Cathedral plaza and close to the city gate. The service was fantastic, from the bell staff to the waiters. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe and hair dryer. The buffet breakfast was delicious, but we also enjoyed having a hot chocolate or bar service until midnight in the large downstairs lunch area. We appreciated that the staff spoke English, making communication easy. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the 24-hour reception added to the convenience. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! We loved the complementary wine and chocolates in the room. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of town, perfect for strolling around and shopping. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors. the shower head was quite low and had poor water pressure.
