Stayed in a place with free WiFi, a restaurant with diverse cuisines, and close to the coast. Amazing, I felt like a fancy explorer.

Couldn't turn on the air conditioning during my expedition. Talk about hot air!

I recently stayed at Pension El Figon for a few nights during my trip to Santander. The location was fantastic, right next to the main market and shopping areas, and within a 10-minute walk from the central station. Checking in at the restaurant next door was quick and easy, thanks to the helpful and polite staff. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. I highly recommend dining at their restaurant, as the homemade meals are delicious and incredibly affordable. For only 12-14 EUR, you can enjoy a main course, dessert, and a bottle of wine.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Pension El Figon! The staff, a brother and sister, were incredibly warm and kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The location was excellent, with the coast just a short walk away, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant next door served delicious homemade meals at very affordable prices. We highly recommend staying here and enjoying a meal at their restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the city center was perfect, as it was close to the old quarter and the Bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wonderful local restaurant on-site. The staff were warm and kind, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Additionally, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided was delicious and free of charge.

As a tired and hungry traveler, finding a local Chinese buffet next to the hotel was a blessing. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The beds in our room were comfortable, the space was clean, and the shower was well designed. Despite some noise from local workers in the early morning, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel staff provided all the necessary information about the location and parking in advance and treated us like friends. The pension is conveniently located in the city center, close to the mercado and town hall, with everything within walking distance.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
