We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with its spacious and clean rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, offering a variety of dishes. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to diverse restaurants, bars, and the town center.

The noise from the kitchen machines at night disturbed our relaxation.

This was my second stay at Puerto Palace and I was once again impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel grounds. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making me feel well attended to. The breakfast and dinner were perfect, with special food prepared for my baby. I loved the balcony in the rooms, where I could relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The jacuzzi was good, although it did get crowded at times. I felt that Puerto Palace offered great value for money.

I recently stayed at a classy hotel called Puerto Palace in Puerto de la Cruz and had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a beautiful interior and exterior, with plenty of seating in the dining room and ample sunbeds by the pool. The pool area was well-designed, with lush plants, nice pools, and a verandah nearby for enjoying drinks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and large balconies. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I particularly want to mention Jesus and the girl at reception who went above and beyond to accommodate my broken leg by changing our room to a disabled one. The free underground parking was also a bonus. I give Puerto Palace 5 stars and want to thank the staff for their excellent service.

During our Easter holidays, we stayed in a hotel with exceptional pools and breathtaking gardens. The cleaning of the rooms exceeded our expectations. the hotel had a prime location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. A plus point was the serene and relaxing environment, which was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life.

The staff seemed untrained and often made any mistakes. The food was average, and sometimes the cocktails were too strong to taste.

I recently stayed at Puerto Palace in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife for a relaxing vacation. The room had a great pool view with the stunning Teide volcano in sight from our balcony. The room and bathroom were spacious and cleaned daily. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious, with Spanish omelettes, pancakes, and grilled meat or fish with canary potatoes and sauces being the highlights. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the middle of the garden and the cold water pool with a medium waterfall. The warm water pool was perfect for kids. The hotel also offered minigolf, a tennis court, and a basketball/volleyball court for some fun activities. It was a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk to Loro Park. a fantastic choice for a relaxing vacation.
