Having a pleasant and comfortable stay is highly guaranteed in this 5-star hotel. The exclusive amenities and the sleek and modern room equipped with the bathtub and shower were impressive. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major sights and the old town.

Though it occurred once during my stay, the restaurant staff lacked some basic service skills, which resulted in a delay in delivering my meal. However, the attentive and polite servers at the Bar/Lounge area made up for it.

Loved the fancy Japanese cuisine and local dishes at the restaurant. Stayed right next to the famous San Mamés Stadium. The air-conditioned room was comfy, and the staff was willing to help, even at odd hours.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful experience of trying to achieve the perfect shower temperature amidst the sporadic hot and cold streams. It was truly riveting.

I recently stayed at Radisson Collection for 3 nights during a weekend getaway. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with great shopping, restaurants, and the historic zone all within walking distance. The staff were always professional and helpful, and the spacious room was quiet and comfortable, with a cozy queen size bed. The breakfast, served on the 7th floor restaurant, was delicious and had a good variety of options. The nearby parking with a discount was convenient as well.
