The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, and despite informing the staff, it was not resolved.

During my recent stay at Rincon De Gran Via, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room with a stunning view of the palace from the balcony. The large bathroom and the presence of a safe and refrigerator in the room were additional conveniences. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all of Madrid's tourist attractions. Despite the initial confusion about the entrance, the cleanliness of the accommodation and the budget-friendly price made it a great value for money. The availability of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice room at a good price.
