The smoking areas ruined the experience as the smell was present both outside and inside the restaurant. the swimming pool pump mechanism was very noisy, and rooms close to it should not be rented out.

Likes/Best Aspects: The breakfast and dinner had a great variety of food and a friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Natalia, Valentina, and Claudia. The daily cleaning in the room and throughout the hotel was well done.

The hotel did not offer rental towels for the spa and pool area.
