The facilities are excellent. The gym, SPA, and SPA pools are amazing. The breakfast selection is great.

Great hotel for a stay in Las Palmas. Rooms are excellent with luxurious fittings and very comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite, which includes both access to roof terrace and pool during the day, which is a lovely place for passing some time, as well as a free treatment in the Spa, so if the budget runs to it this is a great option. The ambience of the hotel was first rate and we felt at home from the moment we arrived - lots of staff, all very helpful but unobtrusive. Overall it merited a longer stay than the one night we managed, but we look forward to a longer visit next time.

Guests can easily access the beach as well as the nearby San Telmo or Santa Catalina squares. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with separate seating areas and large bathrooms. The helpful reception staff ensures a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are excellent, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities such as a rooftop pool with stunning views and a wellness center for relaxation.

Limited seating by the pool can be a slight inconvenience.

We had a memorable stay at Santa Catalina, A Royal Hideaway. The hotel's 125-year-old charm truly made it a five-star experience. The breakfast buffet was absolutely gorgeous, with a wide selection of delicious food. The attention to detail throughout our stay was unexpected and appreciated. The hotel had a well-mannered clientele, including children, and there was no loud behavior. We also liked that smoking was only allowed outside and there were no visible tattoos around the pool. The hotel's atmosphere was tranquil, with no music except for a tasteful piano bar. The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke English, which was a bonus for us.

The staff were always helpful and pleasant, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The rooftop area was a highlight, offering a stunning view. And the excellent breakfast selection was a great start to each day. The location was also convenient, with taxis and buses readily available outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was also very pleasant, especially the cabins with curtains for added privacy. The staff members, particularly the pool attendant and receptionist, were extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Although the variety of food at the pool area could have been larger, with only 5 or 6 dishes available, the overall dining experience, apart from breakfast, did not impress me. Additionally, I would have appreciated new cotton pads and razors every day, as well as slippers in the room.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, health club. The location advantages offered easy access to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria's main areas by taxi or foot. The garden area was well maintained, and the breakfast buffet with a variety of food, including special diet menus, was delicious. The private facilities were exclusive and added to our stay's comfort.

We encountered only one minor issue during our stay at the hotel, which was the slow service at the snack bar. Although the other staff members were friendly and helpful, the service at the snack bar was slow and inaccurate.

We recently spent Easter at a hotel in Gran Canaria and had a good experience overall. we were delighted to receive two complimentary drinks upon arrival and appreciated the effort the staff made to make us feel welcome. the hotel was located in a convenient spot near several tourist attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained gardens around the property.

There were some downsides to our stay. despite being marketed as a luxurious hotel, we found that some of the amenities were overpriced.

The hotel's stunning exterior and grand reception immediately caught our attention upon arrival. Our room, though not the largest, was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find small chocolates left on our pillows in the evenings. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, hot and cold dishes, and even champagne. Planning our day while enjoying breakfast on the terrace became a delightful ritual. The spa center offered a range of indulgent massages, perfect for rejuvenating after a day in the sun.

Fantastic hotel - we extended our two-week stay here! The beautiful rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a suite option that includes a large bathroom, living area, and balcony. The spa is stunning, with a pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzis. The rooftop bar and pool offer great music and interesting cocktails. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym is fantastic, with a variety of cardio and weights. Nearby, there is a 50m Olympic swimming pool for training. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, and the breakfast has a wide selection of high-quality food.
