The hotel had great facilities, including a newly refurbished 10th floor with excellent views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with walk-in showers. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice big walk-in shower. The hotel is conveniently located close to bars, the beach, an indoor market, and a supermarket. Being able to enjoy the sun on the pool area and the roof terrace was a highlight.

The noise from renovations was a bit of a disturbance, with drilling and hammering at unexpected times. The evening meal was also late, starting at 7:30pm, and there were long queues outside the restaurant.

stayed at Servigroup Nereo for the fourth time and it was perfect! The hotel has everything you need, from great food to a clean and friendly atmosphere. The location is also a plus, being close to the center but without the noise. The pool area is always sunny with plenty of sunbeds, and there are even umbrellas for shade. The hotel attracts a lot of Spanish guests, which speaks to its quality. The entertainment at night is decent, but you have the option to explore nearby bars with tribute acts and karaoke.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the beautifully refurbished rooms and easy-to-use showers. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The public areas, including the smart entrance and front desk area, were nicely furnished. The pool area was perfect for both older guests and children, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. The food at the hotel was consistently good-to-excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
