We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel valued and special from the moment we arrived. The location is superb, with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby. The hotel's decoration is beautiful, and the staff is extremely kind. The breakfast prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious. Our room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary roof terrace. a fantastic experience at Veintiuno Emblematic Hotels - Adults Only.

The rooms are airy, clean, and nicely decorated, with a tasteful decor. The staff provides impeccable service, making guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, such as eggs, bacon, toast with salmon and avocado, and a yogurt with homemade granola dish. The rooftop bar and seating area provide a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

It seems that there is a lack of attention to detail when it comes to maintenance issues, as one guest reported a broken fan that was not attended to despite daily reports.

My Easter experience was fabulous! The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the historic district and close to key attractions. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and obliging. The rooftop terrace was stunning; my favourite spot enjoying the sun with a book. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of healthy options and the best coffee.

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations and made my Easter getaway unforgettable.
